When I click to open "TOOLS" the dialog window flickers for a nano-second then disappears. I am__also unable to get this open using My Computer. I am running windows XP, using Comcast as IP.
I have run spy-bot, e-set, and other virus/malware detectors, none is found. Something is blocking this, any ideas?1 person needs an answerI do too
